Bill Bowling, SIOR

Consultant

Depth of industry experience and unique perspective are attributes found in Partner Bill Bowling. With over four decades of commercial and industrial real estate expertise, Bill and his teams have represented some of the most influential clients and largest transactions totaling over $2 billion—mostly in the West Michigan market. Bill is known among his peers for his leadership, vision, and creative deal-making. The many solid, lasting relationships he has made are with people he would sooner call friends than clients. Bill is the guy you rely on for consultation in difficult negotiations and planning… the more difficult or obtuse the challenge, the more he excels. The cornerstone of his success is his belief that all transactions must be fair and honest, with no clear-cut winners or losers.

Outside the office, Bill and his wife, Gari Lynn, spend most of their time attending their seven grandchildren’s school and sporting events. Their entire family lives within a 20-minute drive, and to not have the family spread out across the entire United States or, for that matter, the world is a blessing. As a result, they do everything in their power to take advantage of being as involved in their grandchildren’s lives as possible.
